Our story began when opportunity knocked suddenly and in an unexpected manner. After 15 years of being an Accountant, Seller, Sourcer, Recruiter, and Talent Acquisition leader for others, our founder decided to step out on her own. Passionate about making human connections, forging long-term partnerships, helping others, and herself capitalize on a growth mindset; Parnetic Search was born.

Our founder, Kunji Sedo, came to the United States in 1999 with a sharp mind and an open heart. Her journey involved many twists and turns, including many years as a licensed CPA, which gave her direct accounting and finance experience in the roles for which she now recruits. Her path taught her the value of hard work, knowing what you sell, and loving what you do.

Today, Kunji brings her dedication, vast network of accounting and finance connections, and team of colleagues together to help great employers connect with great candidates for mutual and lasting benefit.
